Shipping Information:

Orders will be filled from 1-7 working days.

Any returns will be sublect to 15% restocking fee. All shipping and handling costs on returns will be be paid by the customer. We will not accept clothing and shoes, or any apparel that has been worn. Customer has 10 working days for retuns, starting on the day after they recieve the product.

Damaged items by way of shipping will be replaced.



WARRANTY Streetwise Security Products warrants each new () unit for a lifetime-limited-warranty against defects in materials or workmanship with the following exceptions:

The rechargeable batteries are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, moisture, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit not according to the instructions listed in the manual (which comes with each unit).

Tampering with and/or opening the unit, or the use of unauthorized replacement parts unless by an Authorized Dealer will void the warranty.Refunds will be for wrong items sent to customer, minus the 15% restocking fee.
